1. What are some of the previous research projects you have done?
Wild West Projects, Athens and Sparta, Labyrinth Project, Sumer Project, Greece Project, Myths Projects.
2. Based on these projects, what does research mean to you?
Research to me means a lot and a lot of work and complicated programs to try to gather information for a porject. But it also means looking into things in the past to see what happened and ways we can look at what happened to better our soceity.
3. Describe one of your research successes or failures. Why was the experience positive or negative?
Labyrinth Project, it was a success because there is a labyrinth right out side our chapel that everyone can use. The experience was definetley positive. I liked that project because we got to design things and work together in groups.

1. I think the webbing process helped/did not help me find a topic because:
I think it didn't hlep me because I already knew what I was going to do when the project was introduced. But it did help me learn a little about the back ground info.

1. Topic:
Boudicca and her fight against the Roman Empire
2. Why you chose it:
I chose it because we learned about it in Latin Class last year and it interested me. I have also always loved the Roman Time Peroid.
3. What you already know about your topic:
I know about her struggle against the Roman Empire to keep the Britains from slavery. She was called the Warrior King. They lost in the end and were forced into the Roman Empire and into slavery. She was the first one to unite all of the Britain's tribes.

You didn't say which one is your fat question. I'm assuming #1?

1. Describe how the pre-notetaking sheet helped you find both focus for your topic and research questions to investigate. Did you find it easy or difficult to create a fat question from your ideas?
It helped me a lot to brainstorm questions and think why actually did this happen and what was so important about it? The questions that I asked myself made me need to go back and research actually why? I found it easy to make a fat question because it was just Why did the war happen. I thought that it was harder to come up with some skinny questions.
